The deal
hipage gives you a page on the internet that you keep current by talking to an AI assistant. It is free while it is this new. If that changes you will be told before it affects you.
Your page is yours
You keep every right to what you put on it. You are giving us permission to store it and show it to people who visit — nothing more. Delete it and we stop.
What not to put on it
- Anything illegal, or anything that exists to help somebody do something illegal.
- Sexual content involving minors — reported immediately, no exceptions, no warning.
- Harassment of a person, threats, or incitement to violence.
- Impersonating someone else, or claiming a name in order to pass as them.
- Malware, phishing, or links whose purpose is to deceive.
- Other people's work presented as your own.
What we can do about it
We can take a page offline if it breaks the above, or if we are legally required to. Where it is a judgement call rather than an emergency we will tell you what happened and why, and you can reply. Names left unused for a long stretch may be returned to the pool so somebody else can have them; we will contact you first.
The boring part
hipage is provided as it is, with no warranty. We are not liable for losses arising from using it, and if we are held liable anyway that liability is limited to what you have paid us, which is currently nothing. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
Changes
If these terms change materially you will hear about it before it takes effect. Questions: hey@hipage.ai.
